From the theatre stage to her first major hits
Natalia Mogilevskaya was born in Kyiv on August 2, 1975. In her youth, she studied dance, attended the Kyiv College of Variety and Circus Arts and performed with theatre companies. Her solo career began gaining momentum in the mid-1990s, and one of her first major achievements was winning the Slavianski Bazaar festival.
Her debut album, “Ла-ла-ла,” was released in 1997, after which Mogilevskaya established herself as one of the most promising performers on Ukraine’s emerging pop scene. Mogilevskaya refers to him as her husband, although the couple rarely discusses whether their relationship has been officially registered.
