User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the use of the Minatrix platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), available at: minatrix.fm, minatrix.com, minatrix.com.ua, as well as their subdomains and localized versions.

The Service is available in multiple languages, including Russian, English, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish, and Chinese. Regardless of the selected interface language, use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

By using the Service or registering with it, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and agree to comply with its terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Minatrix is an information and entertainment platform providing access to music content, online radio, and user-generated materials.

1.2. The Service Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

1.3. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated version of the Agreement.

1.4. The Administration has the right to modify the functionality of the Service, suspend, or terminate its operation in whole or in part without prior notice.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Access to certain features of the Service may require registration.

2.2. The User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information.

2.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2.4. The Administration is not responsible for actions performed using the User’s account.

2.5. The User confirms that they have reached the age required to use the Service in accordance with applicable law.

3. User Content

3.1. The User may upload music files, texts, images, and other content to the Service.

3.2. By uploading content, the User confirms that they possess all necessary rights for its use and distribution.

3.3. The User bears full responsibility for the content they upload.

3.4. By uploading content to the Service, the User grants the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store, process, reproduce, and display such content within the operation of the Service.

4. Content Posting Rules

4.1. It is prohibited to upload:

• content that infringes copyright or related rights;
• illegally distributed musical works;
• materials that violate applicable laws;
• malicious files or links;
• spam, duplicate, or misleading content.

4.2. The Administration does not conduct mandatory prior moderation of content.

5. Copyright

5.1. The Service respects the rights of copyright holders and operates in accordance with international copyright protection standards.

5.2. Content is published by users independently and automatically.

5.3. Upon receipt of a substantiated complaint, relevant content may be removed without prior notice.

5.4. The Service Administration does not encourage or support copyright infringement. In case of violations, measures are taken to restrict access to the relevant content.

5.5. The Service does not intentionally host or distribute content that infringes copyright and takes measures to remove such content upon detection.

6. Content Removal and Blocking

6.1. The Administration reserves the right to:

• remove any content without explanation;
• restrict or block user access;
• edit, hide, or limit the distribution of materials.

6.2. The Administration has the right to remove content that violates this Agreement, applicable law, or third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The content and functionality of the Service are provided “as is” without any warranties.

7.2. The Administration shall not be liable for:

• actions of users;
• user-generated content;
• any damages arising from the use of the Service;
• temporary failures or unavailability.

8. Interaction with Third Parties

8.1. The Service may contain links to third-party resources.

8.2. The Administration is not responsible for their content or activities.

9. User Conduct and Communication Rules

9.1. These rules apply to all sections of the Service, including chat, comments, and other forms of user interaction.

9.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to adhere to respectful communication standards and comply with applicable laws.

9.3. The User has the right to:

• communicate freely within established rules;
• use the functionality of the Service;
• contact the Administration regarding Service-related issues;
• submit suggestions for improving the project.

9.4. The following are prohibited on the Service:

• publishing insults, threats, or aggressive content;
• posting spam, flooding, or intrusive messages;
• distributing advertisements without prior approval from the Administration;
• posting malicious links or misleading content;
• inciting conflicts, hostility, or provoking other users;
• distributing materials that violate laws, including content related to violence, drugs, or discrimination;
• disclosing personal data of third parties without their consent.

9.5. User nicknames must not:

• contain insults or offensive language;
• mislead other users;
• impersonate other participants of the Service;
• contain links, domain zones, or misleading elements.

9.6. The Administration and moderators of the Service have the right to:

• restrict access to Service functions;
• remove messages and content;
• temporarily or permanently block users for rule violations.

9.7. Decisions of the Administration are made to ensure the security and stable operation of the Service.

9.8. The User understands that interaction with other users is carried out at their own risk.

10. International Use

10.1. The Service is available to users from various countries.

10.2. The User agrees to comply with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.

10.3. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the version in one of the primary languages of the Service shall prevail.

11. Compliance with Law

11.1. The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

11.2. In case of legal violations, the User bears sole responsibility.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. This Agreement enters into force upon the commencement of use of the Service.

12.2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

12.3. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
