Minatrix is an online music platform intended for informational coverage of music content, support of independent artists, and user interaction within a unified community.
The Service operates as a user-generated content (UGC) platform, where materials are uploaded independently by users.
1. Principles of Service Operation
1.1. Minatrix does not engage in the intentional hosting, distribution, or promotion of content that infringes copyright.
1.2. Content is uploaded automatically by users without mandatory prior moderation.
1.3. The Service provides technical means for hosting and playback of content, acting as an intermediary.
2. Responsibility for Content
2.1. The User who uploads content bears full responsibility for its legality.
2.2. By uploading content, the User confirms that:
- they are the rights holder or have lawful grounds for uploading the content;
- the content does not infringe the rights of third parties;
- the content may be lawfully distributed.
2.3. The User grants the Service the right to use the content for technical purposes within the operation of the platform.
2.4. The Service does not verify the legal status of each uploaded material.
3. Important Clarification
3.1. The purchase of music content on third-party platforms (such as iTunes, Beatport, Bandcamp, etc.) does not grant the right to publicly distribute such content.
3.2. The User is solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights prior to uploading content.
4. Copyright Infringement Complaints
4.1. If you are a rights holder and believe that content infringes your rights, you may submit a notice.
4.2. The Service promptly reviews such notices and takes appropriate action.
4.3. The notice must include:
- a link (URL) to the material;
- a description of the alleged infringement;
- proof of rights (where possible);
- contact information.
4.4. By submitting a notice, you confirm that:
- you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder;
- the information provided is accurate and current;
- you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights.

5. Takedown Policy
5.1. The Service adheres to principles of international copyright law, including the DMCA.

6. Counter-Notification
6.1. If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@minatrix.fm.
6.2. The counter-notification must include:
- identification of the removed material;
- justification of your rights to upload the content;
- contact information.
6.3. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, the Service may restore the content unless the complainant provides evidence of legal proceedings within 10 business days.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Service shall not be liable for user-generated content.
7.2. Upon identification of violations, the Service takes reasonable measures to address them.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. This Policy forms an integral part of the User Agreement.
8.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to this Policy.
8.3. The Service reserves the right to amend this Policy.
